Marsha, a native of Mississippi, feels fortunate to live in North Carolina, a center of craft pottery production. She took her first pottery course at the North Carolina State University Craft Center in 1975 and knew immediately that she had found her vocation. Since then she has broadened her expertise to include almost any utilitarian object that can be made in clay. In 1993 her husband, Rick Moss, joined her adding his handbuilding and surface decoration skills as well as carrying out the necessary business chores.
Thanks for visiting our website. A “mini” portfolio is here with Marsha’s résumé and and a very brief bio. We urge you to visit the craft shops on the “Shops” page.
